Custom digital work and no change-of-mind refund
Professional website design is personalised digital work based on your brief. By placing an order and paying, you ask us to reserve resources and begin the agreed custom service. Once payment is made and work has begun, payments are non-refundable for a change of mind or subjective preference outside the agreed brief.
Where a refund may apply
We may provide a full or proportionate refund for a confirmed duplicate payment, an accepted cancellation before work starts, a material technical failure that prevents agreed delivery, or an agreed service that we fail to provide.
When a refund is normally unavailable
A refund is normally unavailable after substantial AI generation, custom design or development, delivery of digital files, completed revisions, domain or third-party costs, or delay caused by missing customer content, approvals or access. Work delivered in accordance with the agreed brief is not refundable merely because preferences later change.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If applicable law grants a cancellation period, we will obtain any required express request to start during that period and acknowledgement of the effect on cancellation rights. Faulty or misdescribed services remain subject to mandatory remedies.
How to request review
Email info@srfd.io with the order reference, payment date, reason and supporting evidence. We assess the request against the agreed scope, delivery record and applicable law. Third-party refunds remain subject to the provider’s terms.
